It 's a totally free dance whose music is made up of tribal rhythms with drums, ethnic instruments and modern melodies of contemporary music. Has its origins in shamanic dances, where, in an altered state of consciousness, the dancer becomes one with your animal guide, comparing its strength and its qualities, which give them spiritual power.
The dance begins with the sound of OM. At this stage, if you made the "journey", it is time to stand up and get ready to dance. You'll hear a deep breath with OM, it failed.

Trance Dance, is a shamanic ritual and a free dance, completely unstructured, in which the dancer, go to the music without leaving the body to follow predefined patterns, but rather leaving it moves as it wants, it can access states of ecstasy in a totally naturale.La Trance Dance music uses rhythms and melodies that can evoke memories of other times, they may contain sounds of nature and animals, tribal songs and the sound of instruments like drum, didjeeridoo, modern instruments. The drum, for example, vibrates at particular frequencies that help the brain to relax the thoughts facilitating the entry in the state of trance.La Trance Dance is an "inner journey", in which the dancer may have visions and emotions; Dance is with eyes closed and with a bandana over his eyes, as this helps to not get distracted and not being influenced by the external environment, facilitating contact with their inner self, also is also used for a specific type of breathing, which helps you to stay current and viable during the ritual.
