Sacrament of Confirmation - Bassano in Teverina "The love of Christ has been poured into our hearts
, who established his dwelling in us. " ( cf. Rom 5:5)
On 27 September, in the parish of Mary Immaculate Conception, in Bassano Teverina (VT), 14 children have celebrated the sacrament of Confirmation. Them accompanied by the Daughters of St. Anne and encouraged by our brothers, fate had a whole process of Christian initiation. Now, have confirmed the faith and received by the imposition of the hands of our diocesan bishop, Archbishop Romano Rossi the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
This great gift of the Spirit has made them, in more perfect conformity to Christ and communicated to them the strength to bear witness, for the edification of His Body in faith and charity. So, with them, family members, the sponsors and to our Bishop, we have experienced this special moment in an atmosphere festive and solemn witness to the local Church, which has produced fruit in us and through us, the Holy Spirit.
For this, let us pray to the Good Lord, descend upon us and on our whole parish, his blessings and thanks, and that through his Holy spirit, we collect more and into the great family of the Sons of God
